Teaching Assistant for Young Adults

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team, providing high-quality support to young adults with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
About the Role:- Deliver individualised support to young people, promoting independence and confidence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of individualised Education and Healthcare plans.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to promote positive behaviour and well-being among service users.
- Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance professional practice.
- Competitive Salary: £21,000 - £22,900 per annum (Actual Salary DOE)
