Job Description: SEN Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
  • Provide individualised support to young people, helping them achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of individualised Education and Healthcare plans.
  • Contribute to the development of person-centred care plans.
  • Promote positive behaviour and well-being among service users.
