  • Provide one-to-one support for a Reception child with Special Educational Needs.

  • Monitor the child's progress and provide feedback to the teacher regarding their development.
  • Assist with behavior management and provide guidance to the child to stay engaged in classroom activities.
  • Support the child during break times, lunch, and other school activities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:We are looking for someone with experience working with children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), who possesses a patient, compassionate, and flexible approach to working with young children.
