  • Work closely with the child's teacher to develop personalized learning plans and strategies.
  • Provide one-to-one support to the child, assisting with their learning and development.
  • Help the child build social skills, manage emotions, and improve communication.
  • Monitor the child's progress and provide regular feedback to the teacher.
  • Support the child during break times, lunch, and other school activities as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:We are looking for an experienced Educational Assistant with a strong track record of supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be patient and compassionate, and have a flexible approach to working with young children.Salary and Benefits:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
