Job Overview
Wrightbus, a fast-moving company with considerable growth over the last year, is seeking a Warranty Administrator. This role involves day-to-day warranty administration duties, ensuring prompt and efficient processing of key warranty information. The successful candidate will analyze data, fulfill departmental requirements, process mobile engineer timesheets, and produce board reports.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all costs are collated and actioned in a timely manner
- Produce monthly board reports on relevant metrics
- Handle cost-related queries daily
- Process mobile service engineers' timesheets weekly
- Arrange travel and accommodation for Parts & Service needs
- Update and maintain the fleet list with vehicles entering/exiting standard and extended warranty periods
- Reconcile warranty parts cost of sales and supplier recharge claims
- Run weekly defect reports
- Invoice repair work carried out in the body shop

**Requirements**
- Proven experience in warranty administration or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
