Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Finance Assistant to join our team at First Choice Rec. As a Part Time Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for database management, reconciling receipts, bank accounts and credit cards, managing sales ledgers, issuing invoices and following up on payment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database management for project coordination
- Reconciling receipts, bank accounts and credit cards
- Manage sales ledger, issue invoices and follow up on payment
- Perform other financial or administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience in an office environment
- Inclusion into a company pension scheme
- A minimum of 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
This is a part-time position with negotiable hours and pay rate of £11.75 per hour.
