About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Creditor Invoice Coordinator to join our finance team. As a Creditor Invoice Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently handling a high volume of third-party creditor invoices, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough reconciliations of creditor statements, assisting in processing supplier payments and preparing statutory returns, generating and distributing monthly financial reports, and providing administrative support to the Group Finance Accounts Team by managing the inbox, organizing, and electronically filing invoices.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in Sage and Microsoft Excel, as well as working closely with the Group Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also be required to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
