**Job Summary**: We are seeking a professional and proactive Site Administrator to join our client’s organisation. This role offers a remarkable opportunity to contribute to a global company known for its commitment to excellence and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**: Welcome and greet visitors, ensure they sign in, and notify relevant staff members.
- **Site Safety Inductions**: Conduct interactive safety inductions for contractors, hauliers, and visitors.
- **Stationery Management**: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- **Catering Coordination**: Arrange and collect catering services for visitors.
- **PPE Management**: Organize personal protective equipment for visitors and maintain stock.
- **Visitor Assistance**: Provide visitor boot cleaning services and manage PPE inventories.
- **Purchasing**: Create purchase requisitions for production supplies, maintenance supplies, and PPE as required.
- **Logistics and Delivery**: Receive deliveries in SAP and process incoming mail.
- **Filing and Archiving**: Perform general filing and maintain archives.
- **Weighbridge Operations**: Manage weighbridge interactions and ensure all drivers are inducted, even during peak seasons.
- **Database Maintenance**: Maintain the driver database in the VAS system and train drivers on its use.
- **Silo and Delivery Coordination**: Ensure correct silo allocation in VAS and amend outbound delivery dates in SAP.
- **Supplier Management**: Create and update supplier accounts in accordance with regulations, including IR35 compliance.
- **Compliance Checks**: Conduct random driver spot checks for tank washes per GMP+ regulations.
- **Equipment Management**: Oversee keys and locks for loading silos, manage MOTs and road tax for plant vehicles, and organize marble boat loads.
- **Month-End Procedures**: Ensure all goods are receipted before the end of the month and update month-end closing files.
- **Sample Organization**: Coordinate the delivery of samples to customers.
- **Sanitation Supplies**: Maintain sanitary items for site cleaning staff.
- **Safety Checks**: Perform checks on AEDs and fire extinguishers for damage and condition.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on purchasing and customer service.
- Proficiency in all MS Office products.
- Preferable knowledge of SAP.

Serve as the first point of contact for suppliers and hauliers, addressing all queries promptly

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
