MD Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced MD Office Manager to join our team. This is a varied and challenging role that requires strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and booking meetings for the Managing Director;
- Issuing client invoices, maintaining accurate records, submitting bills to the relevant authorities, and liaising with the accountants;
- HR support, including keeping track of team holidays and sick leave, running team meetings, and coordinating team socials;
- Project management, including submitting applications to legal directories, researching new technologies for office use, and ad hoc projects;
- Office support and administration, including answering and directing calls, greeting clients, and assisting with day-to-day administration.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to confidently communicate with clients, barristers, the Courts, and the team;
- A proactive and creative thinker, confident to share ideas and make suggestions for business improvement;
- Excellent IT skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
- Self-motivated, practical, and discreet.
