Job Overview:

The Community Care Coordinator role at P3 Charity involves providing essential support to individuals in recovery from ill mental health, empowering them to take control of their lives. As a Community Care Coordinator, you will work across Derbyshire, supporting people in their own homes or in the community, and connecting them with local resources and services.

About the Role:

We are seeking a supportive and non-judgmental individual to join our team, who can build strong relationships with our service users and provide practical assistance with daily tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to think on their feet.

What We Offer:

In exchange for your commitment and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a great benefits package, including 27 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and excellent training opportunities. Flexible working options are also available.

Requirements:
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • An enhanced DBS check
