To provide a full and comprehensive administrative service in support of the Integrated Community Manager, Team Lead and Wider Team including diary management, organising meetings, planning staff training, ordering and coordinating stock and taking notes at informal team meetings and other associated events.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated person who is flexible and adaptable to work as an Integrated Community Team Administration Assistant.

You will have excellent administration, secretarial and communication skills to maintain high standards of work. You will be confident in working under pressure and also be able to work on your own initiative.

Your main responsibilities will be to support the Integrated Community Manager and Team Lead in comprehensive administration and secretarial support. Experience in an NHS setting is preferable.

You will be competent in a range of IT skills including Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets and be aware of NHS I.T systems.

This post is 37.5 hrs per week.
