Centre 404 is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and providing excellent person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and complex support needs.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to service users
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and choice for service users
  • Work closely with the Services Manager and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services
  • Contribute to the development of the team and promote a culture of respect, dignity and inclusivity

Requirements:



  • At least one year of experience working in a supervisory role in a care setting
  • Proven experience of leading and coaching a team to deliver high-quality care and support services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies governing care and support services
