Financial Arrears Recovery Specialist

Chiltern Recruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned Credit Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection of ground rent, service charge, and insurances arrears across our portfolio of circa 6000 units.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description- Collection of Service Charge, Ground Rent, and insurances arrears.
- Answering telephone calls liaising with Leaseholders in respect of arrears.
- Liaising with the Accounts team where necessary.
- Instructing and liaising with solicitors in connection with debt recovery and monitoring performance on each individual case.
- Identifying improvements and efficiencies in our current Credit Control process.
- Previous experience in credit control.
- Proven track record of exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a busy team.
