The role of a Debt Recovery Specialist with Novax Recruitment Ltd involves traveling to various locations within your local area to execute court orders and obtain payments on behalf of our clients.

Key responsibilities include identifying the financial circumstances of debtors, requesting payment in full or setting up affordable repayment arrangements, and assessing vulnerability to signpost support services as needed.

You will also be required to liaise with office-based colleagues, oversee payments, manage receipts, and compile reports about your visits.

Salary: £28,500 basic salary with OTE £100,000+ per annum.
