Debt Recovery Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the field of debt recovery, specifically focusing on executing court orders to obtain payments on behalf of local authority clients.
The successful candidate will be required to travel to various addresses within their local area to collect debts, as well as identify financial circumstances and negotiate payment plans with debtors. This may involve working closely with office-based colleagues to manage active cases, compile reports, and complete necessary paperwork.
As a skilled Enforcement Agent, you will take control of goods where necessary, remove goods if required, and liaise with neighbours to locate debtors who have moved or left properties. Your ability to assess vulnerability and signpost debtors to support services is also essential, ensuring that those in need receive the necessary assistance.
A competitive salary of £28,500 basic salary with OTE £100,000+ per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving business success.
