We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TN Recruits Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry events
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: up to £45,000 DOE plus Commission. Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Location: Tunbridge Wells - with free parking.
