Business Development Manager and Account Executives

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TN Recruits Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: up to £45,000 DOE plus Commission. Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Location: Tunbridge Wells - with free parking.
