Business Development Manager

The eastgrinsteadcourier is a growing organization that provides financial services to investment banks, private banks, and asset managers. With a global presence, the company has a world-class reputation and is a leader in compliance consultancy, specifically governance, risk, and compliance. Due to strong financial results, the company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the team and work with existing clients to grow the portfolio spend.
The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the proactive development of accounts. This role requires someone who can bring their own structure and account management experience to create a sustainable and profitable framework for maximizing account spend. You will be responsible for sales growth targets across your portfolio of accounts and will take a proactive approach to deepening relationships and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account growth strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets
The Remuneration:
For this role, you will receive a basic salary of GBP40-50K depending on experience and will include a bonus structure as well. The company also offers flexible work hours but requires a presence in their Tunbridge Wells satellite office through the week in a hybrid capacity.
