Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead the delivery of complex HVAC projects at Altrad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely completion, and meeting budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple project teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, focusing on safety, quality, time, and cost.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedule, and resources.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:
  • $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days' annual leave.
