About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a New Business Advisor. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify financial documents submitted by our dealers and retailers, ensuring timely and accurate payment to customers.
  • Respond to dealer inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Enter and manage customer and dealer data, adhering to processing procedures and response time guidelines.
  • Validate customer documentation and authorize payments to dealers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with other business areas, including Customer Services, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including the FCA regulations, to ensure competence in your role.

About You:

  • Excellent PC literacy and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or finance companies is desirable.
  • A strong understanding of data protection and consumer credit regulations is also desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and some bank holidays.
