Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Account Manager to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. As a Customer Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, including setting up new accounts and maintaining existing relationships.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software as a service (SAAS) business.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
