Sonova, a leading provider of hearing solutions, is seeking a skilled Hearing Wellness Advisor to join our team. As a Hearing Wellness Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting our hearing services and supporting customers in achieving optimal ear health.

About the Role

As a Hearing Wellness Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing customers with detailed information about our hearing services and solutions.
• Offering personalized advice on ear health and hearing maintenance.
• Performing routine hearing screening tests and scheduling assessments for our audiologists.
• Assisting customers with hearing aid maintenance and care.
• Promoting and selling consumables and ear care products.
• Training in specialized hearing care services, including wax removal through microsuction.
• Supporting the audiologist with other hearing-related health checks as needed.
• Helping to achieve store KPIs by keeping diaries busy with appropriate appointments.
• Working closely with Boots Opticians and Pharmacy teams to promote hearing care.
• Fostering great partnerships with in-store audiologists and team members.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Confidence in approaching and engaging customers.
• Interest in store targets and a team player attitude.
• Ability to attend training at our Boots Hearingcare Academy.
• Self-reliance and accountability for personal learning and performance.
• Desire to become knowledgeable about hearing health and care pathways.
• Experience in a retail or healthcare environment is advantageous.
• Competence in using basic technology devices, such as iPads and computers.
