Lead Care Worker

">In this role, you'll provide direct care to residents, supervise and train junior staff members, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to our goal of creating a person-centered care environment that prioritizes resident dignity and well-being.
">To excel in this position, you'll need:
">- Previous experience working in a care home or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents safely
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
The Lead Care Worker will receive a salary between £19,200 - £20,800 per year, depending on their level of experience.
