About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Clinical Lead in Long-term Care to join our team at Bupa. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical initiatives that improve resident outcomes and promote excellence in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement evidence-based clinical initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Team to develop and maintain standards of practice.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to staff members to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work, psychology).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical lead role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
