Lead a Team of Care Professionals

Bupa is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of care professionals and deliver high-quality personal care to residents at Hill House in Elstree, Hertfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running a unit, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for all shift handovers, as well as train and supervise new staff members.

This role requires strong clinical expertise, particularly in helping with CQC responsibilities. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to build relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses.

About the Role
  • Day-to-day responsibility for leading a team of care professionals

Key Skills / Qualifications
  • NVQ3 in care or working towards
