Advanced Pediatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Children's Nurse (Band 6) to join our team at a leading children's hospice in North London. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a supportive environment prioritizing the well-being of seriously unwell children and their families.
About the Role:- To provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans.
- To lead by example, promoting a culture of compassion, empathy, and respect within the team.
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring best practices in pediatric care.
Salary Range: Up to £49,970 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:- Registration with the NMC as a Registered Children's Nurse.
- Proven experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
