Personal Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our care team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our residents.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional clinical, social, and emotional care to residents, recognizing and meeting their unique needs.
- Supporting residents with varying requirements, from companionship to personal care, and being part of a team monitoring residents and reporting changes.
Requirements for the role include:
- A strong understanding of clinical care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
