Senior Care Assistant Job Description
Hill House is seeking a skilled Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants and deliver high-quality personal care to residents.

About the Role
You will be responsible for leading a unit, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will manage a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for shift handovers. You will also help with training and supervision of new staff members, build relationships with residents and their families, and assist with various personal care duties.

Key Skills / Qualifications
NVQ3 in care or working towards, clinical expertise in helping with CQC responsibilities are required.
