About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Support Assistant to join our team in Borehamwood. As an Enabling Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support and encouragement to individuals, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of individual progress and support plans.
  • Administer personal care and medication as required.
