Are you a caring and supportive individual looking to make a difference in people's lives? We are recruiting for an Enabling Support Worker to join our team in Borehamwood. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
Job Description- Provide person-centred support and encouragement to individuals, promoting their independence and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of individual progress and support plans.
- Administer personal care and medication as required.
We believe in empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Our organisation provides residential care, respite services, and education programs that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
What We Offer- Welcome bonus of £500 on completion of a successful probation period.
- Generous holiday entitlement: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (increasing to 28 days + 8 bank holidays after 5 years).
