Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Borehamwood. As a Support Worker, you will be working closely with individuals with learning disabilities, providing personalized care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to each service user's needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Shift times vary, but we offer competitive salaries (estimated £22,000 - £28,000 per annum) plus benefits, including pension and holiday buying options.
