Support Worker for Complex Cases

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Southern England. As a Support Worker for Complex Cases, you will provide day-to-day support to residents with complex needs, ensuring they are appropriately assessed and supported.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of complex needs and therapeutic approaches to support residents in addressing their needs and informing change. You will work collaboratively with specialist substance misuse services and Adult Mental Health Services to ensure these needs are met.

Our client is a leading charity and provider of vital accommodation to vulnerable people in the community who are dealing with homelessness, Substance Misuse and Mental Health issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to residents with complex and coexisting needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to help residents achieve independent living skills.
  • Collaborate with specialist substance misuse services and Adult Mental Health Services.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of working with individuals with complex needs.
  • Understanding of childhood trauma and its impact on mental health.
  • Able to provide information, intervention, advice, and guidance.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
