Residential Care Coordination Role
Hill House is seeking a highly skilled Residential Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Residential Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading a team of Care Assistants and delivering high-quality personal care to residents. This role involves developing and implementing effective care plans, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering strong relationships with residents, their families, and external teams.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Leading a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for shift handovers.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet individual resident needs.
  • Fostering strong relationships with residents, their families, and external teams.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
  • NVQ3 in care or working towards.
  • Clinical expertise in helping with CQC responsibilities.
