Job Title: Clinical Care Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Care Lead to join our team at TipTopJob. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role in delivering exceptional patient care.
As a Clinical Care Lead, you will be responsible for driving the clinical direction of the care home, working closely with the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will be expected to lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the clinical team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the care home.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
- Have experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a care home setting.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Show a commitment to delivering high-quality care that meets the needs of our residents.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to GBP50,061 per annum, paid breaks, a GBP1,000 welcome bonus, overtime/enhancements for weekends, and a range of benefits including paid annual leave and pension plans.
