Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities? We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Adult Care Worker to join our team at Ad Warrior Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to provide person-centred support and encouragement to adults with complex needs, working closely with the individual and their support plan. As an Enabling Support Worker, you will maintain accurate records, administer personal care and medication as required, and contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment.
The home in Hertfordshire is a residential facility offering 24-hour nursing care, respite services, and support for young adults. Our spacious and accessible building provides modern facilities, daily nursing care, and a warm welcome for all residents.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £13.55 per hour, reflecting your valuable skills and experience.
