Administrative Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of administrative and company secretarial services to clients
- Take an active part in the initial setup of new funds and liaise with external specialists
- Prepare and collate Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence files
- Organize and prepare meeting invitations and agendas for board meetings
- Maintain statutory books and prepare regulatory forms and returns
- Ensure effective cash management of client entities
- Process business and client payments and raise client invoices
- Prepare Jersey tax returns and assist with monitoring changes in relevant legislation
About You:
We are looking for an individual who is educated to the equivalent of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), has a high level of energy and commitment, and excellent communication skills. You will also have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, as well as a willingness to study towards a recognized professional qualification.
