Assistant Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Administrator. In this role, you will provide support and assistance in the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) structures.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with day-to-day administration tasks associated with a portfolio of clients and assist other team members as required.
- Develop a wide knowledge and understanding of employee share plan administration, including anti-money laundering, compliance, and relevant legislation.
- Manage workload and client priorities, ensuring that workload is completed to a standard acceptable to the Senior Client Manager and Associate Director, and within agreed timescales.
- Develop business-like relationships with intermediaries and clients, demonstrating a willingness to apply high standards of client care to all dealings.
- Ensure the achievement of a minimum of 25 hours per year relevant Continued Professional Development (CPD).
Qualifications and Experience
- Educated to A level or degree standard.
- Previous office experience is an advantage, but not necessary.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong IT skills.
- Good communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Good interpersonal skills, flexibility, energy, and enthusiasm.
