We are seeking a highly skilled sales leader to join our team as the Head of Sales, responsible for driving growth and expansion across the UK market. As a seasoned sales professional, you will have a deep understanding of the national beer industry and a proven track record of success in sales leadership.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and driving growth in the drinks FMCG sector, with a strong focus on customer relationships and sales strategy. They will also be based in or around London, with a keen eye for innovation and a passion for driving business growth.

This role involves:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to expand our presence with national retail groups, on-trade accounts, and other key partners.
  • Fostering and growing relationships with major on-trade and off-trade customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and hospitality groups.
  • Collaborating with agency partners to ensure consistent growth and alignment with brand objectives across all channels.
  • Driving brand visibility and market penetration through innovative sales initiatives and promotional strategies.
  • Managing and mentoring a high-performance sales team.
