Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the entire bid lifecycle, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals that effectively address client needs.
  3. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to secure fair and profitable agreements.

Person Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial management, bid management, and related roles within the Rail Sector.
  • Excellent understanding of commercial principles, contract management, and bid processes.
  • Accomplished communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Salary: £65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
