Outbound Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing relationships with key decision-makers.
This is a high-volume sales role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and handle rejection. You will work closely with our existing clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, with experience working in a similar industry. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £32,500 and uncapped commission up to £45,000 per year. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including free gym membership, medicash, and flexible working hours.
