The Job

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring the highest quality of food and beverages. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Menu Development and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's unique flavor and style, while ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.

Team Management and Development

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team that shares our passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and minimize waste and costs.

Inventory Management and Cost Control

Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of ingredients and supplies, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Quality Control and Assurance

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste, ensuring that every dish meets our brand's expectations.
