Executive Chef

We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at City Pub Group. The ideal candidate will excel in kitchen management and be skilled in crafting exceptional dishes for our patrons.

What We Seek in an Executive Chef:

This position requires a leader who can motivate a team, unlock potential, and set a positive example while developing, pricing, and preparing fresh seasonal menus for our diverse revenue streams.

  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding service through high-quality cuisine, either as an Executive Chef or in a Sous Chef role.
  • A genuine passion for mentoring and developing team members.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and health and safety regulations effectively.
  • Creativity in designing and presenting new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to maintain effective control over food costs and labor.
  • A proactive mindset focused on driving sales and fostering growth through collaboration with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
