We are seeking Kitchen Operations Associates (known as Nandocas) to become part of our team. The primary responsibility of a Kitchen Operations Associate is to prepare and create exceptional PERi-PERi dishes that delight every patron.

Key Responsibilities

My role involves ensuring our guests feel appreciated as part of our community by cooking, grilling, and preparing their meals to the highest standards. It is my responsibility to ensure that our guests are impressed by their meals and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

I prepare, cook, and serve outstanding food while adhering to Nando's quality standards, ensuring customers are excited, impressed by their experience, and eager for their next visit.

I set up, maintain, hand over, and close down a clean, safe, and fully operational workstation.

I perform thorough cleaning tasks to meet Nando's high standards.

I comply with all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security protocols.
