We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our Beefeater team at The Applecart in Abingdon. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of food quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food hygiene
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize costs and minimize waste

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in kitchen management or a related role in a commercial environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
