About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through e-commerce partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to inform business decisions.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the Business Development team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in business development within the travel industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse complex data and develop insightful reports.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
Package:
- Up to £65,000 DOE plus 15% bonus.
