About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through e-commerce partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the Business Development team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in business development within the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and develop insightful reports.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.

Package:

  • Up to £65,000 DOE plus 15% bonus.
