E-commerce Growth Manager

Tungsten Automation, a leading provider of award-winning desktop software solutions, is seeking an experienced E-commerce Growth Manager to join our global team. As the E-commerce Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and enhance the checkout user experience.

The E-commerce Growth Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will create and execute detailed, multi-tactic campaign plans, including promotional emails and landing pages, and develop and maintain the product catalogue and content calendar.

  • Develop and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external paid media and affiliate agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and assets.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing-related field and 3-5+ years of marketing experience in B2B & B2C e-commerce.

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum.
