In4ge Sp. z o. o. is a well-established company with extensive experience in creating proprietary IT products that support business operations. We specialize in recruitment services and providing our business partners with IT specialists and entire project teams that deliver programming, analytical, testing, and administrative services.

Our effectiveness stems from years of experience in the IT industry as a service and product provider, and most importantly, as a trusted business partner building long-term relationships with companies in the Polish and European markets. We manage both internal and external projects, primarily for clients in the financial sector, including banks, insurers, and retail companies.

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will be instrumental in driving the company's growth in international markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing business relationships with clients in the designated market (United Kingdom).
  • Developing sales strategies to enhance profitability and strengthen ties with international clients.
  • Creating a diverse network of contacts to uncover new business opportunities and referrals globally.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing sales leads, engaging actively in industry events and conferences.
  • Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to provide insightful input for product development.
  • Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth operations.

What we expect from you:

  • Educational background in IT or economics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service sales or related fields is essential.
  • Experience in ERP system implementation, preferably within the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and IT market is required.
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster enduring client relationships.
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRP systems.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum of C1 level, enabling fluent communication in both speech and writing.
  • Ability to initiate and maintain relationships with international clients.
  • Strong budget planning skills.
  • A proactive approach and a commitment to ongoing self-improvement.
