Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to join our global team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring media coverage, researching and drafting pitches, and arranging media interviews for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor media coverage and report results to the wider team and clients.
  • Pitch Development: Research and draft pitches for features, interviews, op-eds, and press releases.
  • Client Support: Draft agendas and actions for client calls, take internal meeting notes, and research client events and industry conferences.
  • Media List Building: Research and build media lists on an ongoing basis.
  • Pitching and Media Relations: Pitch press releases, op-eds, and feature stories, and arrange and manage media interviews for clients.
  • PR Campaign Development: Assist in developing creative ideas for PR campaigns and clients, and craft and execute media strategies.
  • News Monitoring: Monitor and flag relevant news stories to the team.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience or educational background in Public Relations, Communications, or Journalism.
  • Knowledge of the fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency space or a genuine desire to learn about it.
  • Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail: excellent at spelling, grammar, and proof-reading.
  • High motivation and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Strong news sense and a knack for storytelling.
  • Flair for creativity, strategic thinking, and innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with clients and media.
  • Willingness to communicate effectively.
  • Experience with a range of communication platforms.
