Role Overview:
As the Senior Client Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the EMEA strategy aimed at fostering robust client relationships across the region. Your leadership will be both strategic and tactical, enhancing the effectiveness of your team while elevating Unispace's brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the local Client Relations strategy, working closely with Business Development to improve insights, analytics, and project-specific approaches.
- Lead and enhance the capabilities of the local Client Relations team, ensuring alignment with Unispace's culture and values.
- Identify and manage key client relationships to ensure sustained profitability, satisfaction, and retention.
- Provide reports on Key Performance Indicators and Client Relations Program (CRP) analysis to the EMEA Client Relations Lead, fostering cross-discipline collaboration.
- Develop and execute local risk management strategies while supporting Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
- Assess the effectiveness of the Client Relations strategy and project-specific tactics in achieving high sales conversion rates and client retention.
- Ensure client satisfaction aligns with the NPS target range, promoting repeat business and global client referrals.
- Oversee performance management within the team, achieving ENPS targets and effectively implementing training and resource plans.
- Standardize processes and technology solutions across the local studio to enhance global brand capability and best practices.
- Demonstrate effective risk management and align Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives with regional objectives.
About You:
- Proven experience in client-facing relationship management.
- Familiarity with contract language and negotiation techniques.
- Experience in pitching and presenting to senior-level clients.
- Success in developing and mentoring a team to cultivate organizational talent.
- Understanding of Design & Build methodologies, procurement processes, and Commercial Real Estate terminology.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to set strategic direction and lead change.
- Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
- Client-focused and results-oriented mindset.
