In the capacity of a Senior Client Relations Manager, you will oversee the VIP Italian customer segment, concentrating on account development, loyalty, and overall client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass providing exceptional service, crafting personalized promotional initiatives, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with players through various communication channels including phone, email, and messaging applications
  • Be available for occasional non-standard working hours to accommodate VIP client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee that VIP clients receive unparalleled service
  • Participate in team discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the brand

Qualifications:

  • Background in the iGaming or online gaming sector
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English languages
  • Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships
