Job Title: Senior Client Relations Analyst at Neuberger Berman

Position Overview

The Private Markets Investor Relations Team is dedicated to providing exceptional client support and operational assistance for the firm's alternative investment vehicles. By collaborating with both internal departments and external fund administrators, the team guarantees a smooth and consistent experience for our private fund stakeholders. This role requires a thorough understanding of the product offerings, oversight of operational workflows, and execution of various client service responsibilities. As a Senior Client Relations Analyst, you will oversee tasks such as managing client inquiries, nurturing relationships with fund administrators, handling subscription and redemption processes, and generating client, regulatory, and shareholder service reports and communications.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Facilitate client onboarding and transfer/name change processes
  • Address client inquiries and work with internal teams to find solutions
  • Assist with audit-related requests
  • Update banking information and manage capital call/distribution notifications with Fund Administrators
  • Perform data entry for clients and keep contact and banking information current
  • Oversee group mailboxes and communication channels
  • Coordinate client communications effectively
  • Participate in special projects as needed
  • Drive process improvements for ongoing enhancement
  • Ensure high-quality client service delivery by comprehending the firm's offerings

Key Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience in client onboarding processes
  • Prior experience working with Fund Administrators
  • Strong client service capabilities with a solid understanding of escalation protocols
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Asset Management strategies and Fund Accounting principles
